The SDFIT15 program has been designed for anyone who has a busy schedule and needs a qualitative condensced workout format.  This program is also perfect for athletes to fit into their current training regiment.  Workout alongside our FULL LENGTH 15 minutes videos.  Each workout we have 3 team members demonstrating the Advanced, Intermediate and Modified options.  You’ll be amazed at what can be accomplished in just 15 minutes!

THE WORKOUTS

TAKE ON plyometric training, core work, speed  & agility exercises, cardio, bodyweight moves, strength & conditioning, compound movements in 45 second work periods. SDFit15 workouts are broken up into 15 rounds, with 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest, giving you a high impact 15 minute body blasting experience.

Our Nutrition Plan has been developed by Dr. Christine Cho, a Certified Naturalpathic Doctor specializing in Nutrition.  The plan provides recipes to encourage healthy weight loss, wellness and to boost athletic performance.
