IN HOME PERSONAL TRAINING

Our personalized one-on-one training sessions are an hour of exciting, dynamic, and engaging full-body workouts. We provide all necessary equipment, making it even more simple for you. Our sessions are 1-2 times per week and our goal is to optimize your quality of movement and safely progress your transformation, motivating you along the way. Our trainers help you feel happier + stronger than you ever have by getting you working harder than you ever have before.

ONLINE FITNESS PROGRAM

On the days when you are not training in person with our trainers, we provide you with access to full length workout videos to follow at home. Our SDFIT15 Online Fitness Program program has been designed for anyone who has a busy schedule and needs a qualitative condensced workout format. Workout alongside our FULL LENGTH 15 minutes videos. Each workout we provide you with 3 variations of each move; Advanced, Intermediate and Modified options. You’ll be amazed at what can be accomplished in just 15 minutes!

NUTRITION + MEAL PLANS

Our Nutrition Plan has been developed by Dr. Christine Cho, a Certified Naturalpathic Doctor specializing in Nutrition. The plan provides recipes to encourage healthy weight loss, wellness and to boost athletic performance. Our trainer will work with you to tailer the meal plan to suit your specific needs and goals
