MONDAY REFRESH VLOG

I like to start the week off by spending some time refreshing the “stock” in the kitchen.  Preparing some quick, healthy and nutritious snacks that we can have on hand for a few days and pre-washing fruits & veggies, make it easy to stay on track during the week.  Here are a few tips to refresh at the start of the week.
